| Job Description | • Responsible for regular supervision of FHH midwives’ activities and providing technical support as required. • Follow- up of specifics issues related to family planning and safe motherhood, etc. • Ensuring that communities are aware of the project and are encouraging them to participate in the project activities. • Prepare accurate report according to project objectives and submit to line manager timely. • Identify and report immediately any medical or administrative problems that may interfere in achieving program objectives. • Evaluate and appraise the performance FHH midwives. • Meet regularly with male and female health shuras, community leaders and other stakeholders, to ensure project effectiveness and community involvement in decisions regarding the FHH service. • Identification of FHH staff’s knowledge and skills gaps and develop training plan. • The post holder may be required to carry out additional duties from time to time which are reasonable in relation to her level of skills and experience. |
