| Job Description: | The project supervisor is responsible to monitor the performance of the Mobile Heath Teams (MHTs) BHCs against the set targets, activities and reporting to all concerned at all levels in Laghman. S/he will be responsible for data collection, data analysis, data interpretation and provision of written feedback to project sites staff. Key Accountabilities: The project supervisor is responsible for smooth implementation of humanitarian assistance project in Laghman province; To manage M&E work plan and ensure relevant logframe milestones of the program are achieved; Conducting monitoring to visits (monthly) to service delivery points of MHTs and BHCs as indicated in implementation plan; Provide feedback about findings to field staff and develop follow up action plan; Ensure that implementation of project activities adheres to program and donor requirements; To supervise regular data collection and ensure quality of the data by random verifications and validations; To generate reports based on field qualitative and quantitative data analysis about the trends and magnitude of the project interventions such as, RH, returnees/IDPs situation in special context of women and girls Assist MHT team leaders in developing the monthly field activities schedule Any other tasks required. |
| Job Requirements: | MD degree from a recognized medical faculty Having at least three-year experience in supervision of health facilities Proficient in MS office (esp. excel and world); Local resident is preferred; Fluency in written and spoken local languages; Good working and reporting skills in English. |
