| Job Description: | Provide health services considering humanitarian principles (Humanity, impartiality, Neutrality and independency) Specifies a space for breast feeding corners in each Service Delivery Point During consultation identifies the GBV victims and refers them to psychosocial counselors Performs follow up visits of defaulters especially in IDPs or returns camps/ residency areas Provides reproductive health services (ANC, PNC, Delivery, and Family planning services) to returnees and local community in Emergency Maternity Clinic. Distribute clean delivery kits to visible pregnant women who might not have access to health centers for the purpose of clean delivery. Referral of complicated pregnancy cases to the nearest CHC or Hospitals. Develops short-term implementation plans according to project work plan in coordination with the BPHS and other HFs technical staff To attend 24 hours duty, if required (Night duty). Provides and submit valid activity data of the project as per project requirements. Performs any other official task assigned by her line supervisor or project manager. |
| Job Requirements: | Graduated from recognized Midwifery institutes or CME (The exit exam result and diploma are mandatory) At least one year of working experience in health facilities. Ability to manage project plan activities; Strong interpersonal and communication skills Fluency in both Pashto and Dari is mandatory, knowledge of English is an asset. Ability and willingness to travel to identified locations for returnees in the province. |
