| Job Description: | The purpose of the position is to make sure a community-based approach is established and implemented in order to ensure the community’s participation and involvement in the planning, implementation and monitoring of project interventions Conducting a minimum of 10 supportive; supervisions from FHHs, CHWs, FHGAG, Shuras, and community elders every month; Facilitation of dialogues with community influencers, religious leaders and their engagement in FHH site selection; Orientation of target communities on project intervention and procedures to inspire them to actively play their role in aching project aims; Support FHHs staff in the identification of CHWs, FHGAG, Shuras members; Support distribution of medical and non-medical supplies to FHHs Participate in the recruitment of competent midwives for FHHs The post holder may be required to carry out additional duties from time to time which are reasonable in relation to his/her level of skills and experience. |
